Leo Samuel Mathews
Founder and Managing Director
Leo has over 25 years of experience in mechanical services design, documentation, and delivery across airports, commercial developments, residential towers, data centres, healthcare, education, government, and defence. His expertise spans HVAC and hydraulic services, with a focus on practical, efficient, and buildable engineering solutions. His international portfolio includes landmark projects such as net‑zero schools across the United States, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and several major infrastructure developments in India. These experiences have exposed him to a wide spectrum of construction methodologies, climatic conditions, and regulatory environments.
Leo’s ability to navigate diverse technical challenges, stakeholder expectations, and compliance frameworks has been central to his long‑standing success. This breadth of experience has shaped a well‑rounded, solutions‑focused approach and earned him a respected reputation within the industry.
Saumit Patel
Associate Director (Mechanical Engineer)
Saumit brings over 21 years of experience in HVAC Mechanical Engineering across Australia and international markets. His portfolio spans diverse building sectors including data centres, healthcare, education, government and justice facilities, emergency services, commercial and retail developments, residential projects, industrial facilities, and major sporting venues.
Saumit works closely with project teams to develop robust, practical engineering solutions. He leads mechanical team with a focus on quality assurance and delivering core project objectives to the highest standards.
Wilson Tai
Associate Director (Electrical Engineer)
Wilson Tai has 20 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer and Design Manager with expertise in the design, documentation, and site supervision of electrical building services across commercial, retail, healthcare, education, defence, and infrastructure projects. He possesses comprehensive knowledge across all key disciplines of building services design.
Wilson is dedicated to delivering practical, efficient, and commercially viable engineering solutions that align with client objectives, project budgets, and programme requirements.
He is recognised for his professional and collaborative approach, strong technical capability, and meticulous attention to detail. Working closely with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders, Wilson consistently contributes to the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Alireza Esmaeili Sani
Associate Director (Hydraulic and Fire Engineer)
Ali is a Senior Chartered Hydraulic Engineer with over 20 years extensive experience in hydraulic and wet fire services across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, defence, industrial, and infrastructure projects. He has been involved in projects from early feasibility and concept stages through to detailed design, documentation, construction support, and site coordination. His scope of work includes the preparation of technical deliverables such as feasibility studies, due diligence inputs, return briefs, master planning contributions, and coordinated design documentation to support informed decision-making throughout all project phases.
He focuses on delivering practical, compliant, and buildable hydraulic solutions that are cost-effective and aligned with client and project requirements. Ali works effectively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure hydraulic services are well coordinated with other building systems while meeting relevant Australian Standards and authority requirements. He continually applies modern engineering tools and current industry practices to improve design efficiency, system performance, and overall project outcomes.
Reza Roudbari
Associate (Hydraulic Engineer)
Reza is an experienced Hydraulic Engineer with a strong background in the design, documentation, and coordination of hydraulic building services across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, fit-out, healthcare, education, childcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments. He is dedicated to delivering practical, cost-effective, and fully coordinated design solutions that balance technical performance, compliance, and constructability.
With a proactive approach to problem-solving and multidisciplinary coordination, he consistently contributes to the successful delivery of projects from concept through to construction.
Arun Kumar
Associate (ESDConsultant)
Arun is a Sustainability Professional and trained Architect with 19 years of experience in built environment sector. His expertise includes sustainable design strategies, environmental compliance, energy efficiency, and ESG-aligned project delivery. He is experienced in Green Star, NCC Section J, BASIX, NatHERS, and a wide range of building performance modelling, including energy, thermal comfort, and daylight analysis. He also supports sustainability benchmarking and reporting for new and existing buildings.
He brings a practical, results driven approach to sustainability consultancy, combining technical depth with strategic oversight to support resilient, efficient, and future ready outcomes. Arun is passionate about environmentally responsible design and is known for his proactive, collaborative approach, working closely with clients and project teams to optimise building performance across design and operations.
Erick Christian Caymo
Associate (Hydraulic Engineer)
Erick brings 8 years of hydraulic experience across institutional, commercial, industrial, residential, and sporting projects. His portfolio spans healthcare facilities, educational institutions, community buildings, and diverse commercial developments across Australia.
Contributes to coordination meetings and client engagement while providing mentorship to junior engineers. Working towards professional charter, Erick delivers practical, well-coordinated hydraulic solutions.
Raymond Radovan
BIM Manager
Raymond leads our BIM team. He brings over 10 years of proven experience across both consulting and contracting environments, specialising in the preparation of detailed shop drawings.
His expertise spans 2D and 3D modelling and full building services documentation, with advanced capability in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Revizto. Raymond’s broad project exposure and technical depth enable him to coordinate complex services, resolve clashes efficiently, and deliver high‑quality, construction‑ready documentation.
